Dear CDDS Members,

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new website for our members use.

To make it easier for you, all the login information from the old site has been transferred over from our old website. So simply use your existing email and password to login.

If you are unable to remember your password, please use the “forgot password” utility to have our web system email you information.

Existing members can now sign up for the next seminar – Just make sure you are logged in and you can register for the event. Additionally if you have staff members who you want to bring to this event, you will see they can be added to the cart for only $50 per member (staff members must be registered and associated with the member dentist). Staff of member dentists can also attend the event on their own by logging in with their own email and password and paying the $50 seminar fee.

Additionally tickets can now be purchased for the Fall Formal – The first 2 tickets are $125. And subsequent tickets (up to 8 extra) are $250 per guest. Please include the guest name and let us know of any special seating, dietary or other requests you may have when checking out.

All our Payment processing is securely handled through PayPal.

We have tried to make the website as easy to use as possible for our members and welcome your feedback.
