The future of dentistry is the concept of Airway and the 21st century practitioner must be forward thinking in not only the various types of mandibular advancement appliances (MAA), but also Why the complementing technology of pulse oximetry is integral in patient detection of sleep-disordered breathing and its impact on dentistry.

This lecture will present the key features of many of the popular designs of MAA, discussing the advantages and disadvantages that will yield in an Appliance Algorithm. Further still, presenting why high-resolution pulse oximetry and cardio-pulmonary coupling in both diagnosis and titration will be reinforced by actual data from a sample of the course participants.
