Course Description

We will review a standard Balance Sheet and Income Statement to highlight key information that you should be looking for, what they mean and how they work together. We will touch on the importance of proper planning with cash forecasts and budgeting and highlight areas to monitor success.  We will look at industry-specific key performance indicators (KPIs) and what they mean for your business. Lastly, we will discuss the importance of reliable systems and timely reporting.
